Refunds and cancellation

Every payment is a one-time payment: nothing renews by itself, so there is nothing to cancel. If you change your mind within 7 days and have not used the high-accuracy OCR pages you paid for, you get all your money back.

What you can buy

• Professional, 30 days: ₹499, paid once.
• Professional, one year: ₹3,999, paid once.
• Page pack: ₹149 for 200 high-accuracy OCR pages, which never expire.

Cancellation

Plans do not renew automatically and no card or UPI mandate is kept, so you never need to cancel to avoid a charge. When a plan's time runs out you move to the free plan and can pay again whenever you like. We send a reminder a few days before it ends.

If you no longer want a plan you have paid for, you can ask for a refund as below. You can also delete your account at any time (Account and subscription → Delete account).

When we refund

• Within 7 days, unused: a full refund of a plan or page pack if you ask within 7 days of paying and no high-accuracy OCR pages from that purchase have been used. The plan or pack ends when the refund is made.
• Charged but not given: if you were charged and your plan or pages did not arrive (see Delivery), and we cannot put it right, a full refund, whenever you ask.
• Charged twice: the extra payment is refunded in full.

Otherwise payments are not refunded: once high-accuracy pages have been used, we have paid for them to be read. Nothing here limits a refund the law gives you.

How to ask, and how long it takes

Write to [email protected] or call +91 92058 06044, with your account's email address and the payment reference. We reply within 2 working days. An approved refund is made to the account or card you paid from, through our payment provider Cashfree Payments, within 5 to 7 working days; your bank may take a few days more to show it.

A payment that failed but was debited from your account is returned by your bank or Cashfree automatically, usually within 5 to 7 working days. If it is not, write to us.
