What you can do

Measured on made-up documents: a one-page phone photo of a certificate came to 48 KB at High quality, the sharpest setting, and three photographed pages to 75 KB. Five greyer scanned pages needed their text drawn at 150 dpi to fit (98 KB).
Only pictures are made smaller: a file that is mostly typed text, or already small, may not shrink much.

How many pages fit in 100 KB?

Usually one to three pages of a clean scan or phone photo. Busy, grey or colourful pages take more room. NightOwl measures your own file, and tells you if it cannot fit.

My file will not go under 100 KB. What now?

Upload the pages separately if the form allows it (Split PDF, every page), delete pages you do not need, or try 200 KB if the form takes it.
